Free Delivery to Most of the UK for orders over £75 Excluding VAT.
All orders are subject to a small delivery charge. If the value of the order exceeds £75.00 excluding VAT orders are shipped by our Economy service free of charge to most UK Mainland addresses. Unfortunately, there are areas of the UK which due to shipping costs are unfortunately excluded. These areas include but are not exclusive to the following destinations, Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands and The Highlands and Islands of Scotland. We endeavour to offer our Free Delivery Service to as many areas as possible and we are constantly keeping this under review.
Upgrading your Free Delivery Service
On a wide variety of products, we do offer you the opportunity to upgrade your delivery to faster service. There are different options available and these options are dependent on the product or products you have chosen. Economy 4 -5 Working Day Service
This service ships to you in 4 to 5 Working Days. It is worth noting that working days are Monday to Friday and do not include Weekends, Bank Holidays and Other Public Holidays. This is our entry level service and other faster shipping options are available. If you require a faster delivery option you can select this on a majority of products or contact by completing our enquiry form or you can give a member of our customer service team a call to discuss this further.
Priority Courier Service - Track & Trace 1-2 Working Days
If you upgrade to the Priority Courier Service Track and Trace 1-2 Working Days these orders are normally despatched within 1-2 Working Days on a next day service. The first working day for this service is the date of the order if ordered before 12pm. Any orders placed after 12pm the following working day will be the first working day. As with all our courier and despatch services working days are Monday to Friday and do not include Weekends, Bank Holidays and Other Public Holidays.
Next Working Day - Track & Trace
If you upgrade to the Next Working Day - Track and Trace Service for orders are normally despatched the same day to be with you the following working day. To achieve same day despatch you must place your order before 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will normally be despatched the following working day. As with all our courier and despatch services working days are Monday to Friday and do not include Weekends, Bank Holidays and Other Public Holidays. As this is a premium service it will sent with a courier. If you have any special instructions for example leave with the neighbour or a safe place, please let us know by completing the delivery instructions area when placing your order.
Export and Special Delivery Requests
We do ship to numerous destinations outside of the United Kingdom. These include the majority of Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand and Various other countries around the world. These destinations are selectable shipping destinations when you complete your purchase on our online store. If you cannot see your shipping destination, please do not hesitate to contact us as we do offer, and have access to, various shipping options which may not be available through our online store. If you have a special International or domestic delivery request which is outside of the standard shipping options, please contact us as we have various customisable shipping options available that may suit your specific requirements.
